Terms of Service

Welcome to Deluxe! We are committed to creating an environment where you can freely express yourself while maintaining the integrity and safety of our community. Please read these terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

  1. Freedom of Expression

At Deluxe, we believe in the freedom of speech. You are free to express yourself without fear of being banned or punished by the company. However, this freedom does not absolve users from adhering to certain restrictions and responsibilities, especially those aligned with the law and community standards. Violations of these terms may still result in content removal, warnings, or suspension of services.

  1. Profile Integrity

To ensure a transparent and trustworthy community, we enforce the following rules:

•	No Fake or Impersonation Profiles: Users must not create fake profiles or impersonate other individuals, public figures, or organizations. Any accounts found to be fraudulent will be subject to suspension or removal.
•	Use of Legal Name: Your account must display your legally registered name. Using a name that is not legally registered is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
•	Profile Customization: Users are required to customize their profile picture and background photo within 24 hours of registration. Failure to do so will be considered “shady” or “suspicious” behavior and is against our policy.
•	No Duplicate Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of deception, harassment, or bypassing any restrictions is prohibited.
  1. Spam and Misleading Content

To maintain the integrity of user interactions, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

•	No Spam: Users must not post or distribute spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial messages.
•	No Misleading Advertisements: Posting false or misleading advertisements, including but not limited to promotions for products or services, is not allowed.
•	False Claims of Winning: Users must not create posts or messages falsely claiming that other users have won prizes or rewards. Any misleading content or fraudulent announcements will result in immediate removal.
  1. Hacking and Account Security

Deluxe prioritizes user security but places the responsibility of account management on the user. If you suspect that your account has been hacked or compromised:

•	It is your responsibility to immediately delete your account and register a new one.
•	Deluxe will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from account hacks or compromised security.

  1. Content Involving Others

    • Consent for Photos: Posting photos or videos of other people, including minors, without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. • Sensitive Content Involving Children: Under no circumstances may users share, distribute, or create content involving minors in any manner that violates local or international child protection laws. This includes but is not limited to child pornography, exploitation, and any form of abuse.

  2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Deluxe. Violations of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, and potential reporting to legal authorities:

•	Illegal Content: Content that violates any local, state, national, or international laws is prohibited. This includes content related to child exploitation, drug trafficking, human trafficking, and the illegal distribution of goods or services.
•	Violence: Posting real footage of violence, including physical assaults, murder, or violent crime, is prohibited. Users must not glorify or promote acts of violence.
•	Animal Abuse or Cruelty: Sharing videos or images of animal abuse, cruelty, or neglect is prohibited.
•	Hate Speech and Harassment: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected class is strictly prohibited. Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of other users will not be tolerated.
•	Terrorism and Extremism: Content that promotes or glorifies terrorism, extremist ideologies, or organizations identified by government authorities as terrorist entities is strictly prohibited.
•	Fraudulent Activities: Content promoting fraudulent schemes, scams, or any activities intended to deceive users is not allowed.
•	Privacy Violations: Sharing or posting private information about others without their consent, including addresses, phone numbers, emails, or financial information, is prohibited.
  1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others:

•	No Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Materials: You must not upload or distribute content that violates the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others. If you do not have permission from the owner, do not post it.
•	Reporting Violations: If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us with proper documentation for review.
  1. Responsibility for User Actions

Users are fully responsible for their actions and the content they post on Deluxe. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to the following:

•	You will not engage in illegal activities, harassment, or any other prohibited actions outlined in this TOS.
•	You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations based on your location.
•	You are responsible for securing your account information, including passwords, and agree to notify Deluxe immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  1. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or users violating these terms, please report it to Deluxe for review. We take all violations seriously and will take action as necessary, including content removal or suspension.

  1. Enforcement of Policies

While Deluxe emphasizes free expression, any violations of the above policies, especially those involving illegal content or actions, will be subject to moderation. Deluxe reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, especially in the case of legal violations.

  1. Amendments

Deluxe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the platform will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.

By registering for and using Deluxe, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
